I would have changed nothing about Last Christmas. But in my head there was one small and intimate addition to the scene where the Doctor finds Clara decades older. Clara: "Every day since you've gone I had an ache." (puts her hand to her chest). The Doctor (smiles sadly and a bit embarrassed): "You should have seen a doctor about that." Clara: "Of course I did. A number of times, a number of tests. Nothing. Turns out the only doctor I needed was you...because it's gone. The second I saw your face again. That's what you do to people... You really have to get better at time management." (smiles broadly at him)
